Reservation requests in the middle of service, last year’s menu as a PDF, reviews without a reply, platforms taking commission. I build you a website and keep it up to date: you send me the new menu, I put it online. And the reply to every enquiry is already waiting.

No fixed package – every business wants something different. For example:
- Enquiries from your website form and email are read, sorted and filed by urgency
- Every enquiry comes with a ready-made draft reply – you read it, change it if needed, send it
- Approve replies on your phone with a single tap
- Appointments and reservations land in your calendar
- Quotes are created from a template – you give the key details, the quote is ready

You call or write, I take care of it. No ticket system. Cancellable monthly. You continue to pay for hosting and domain directly to the provider.

Extensions, changes or something completely new that doesn’t fit any package – I’m happy to do it on an hourly basis.
All prices are final prices. As a small business under the Austrian small business scheme, I do not charge VAT.
What it looks like
Ongoing support
You send a photo, the new menu is online.
You’ve changed the prices and swapped two dishes. You take a photo of the menu with your phone and send it to me. I make the changes and the new menu is online – usually the same day. No retyping, no logging in anywhere.
Automation
The reply to last night’s enquiry is ready before you get to the office.
At 9:40 pm an enquiry comes in through the form: bathroom renovation, some time in spring, please call back. Overnight it is read, assigned to the right area and a reply is prepared – with a suggested appointment, a rough price range, travel and what you need for an exact quote. In the morning the finished reply is on your phone. You read it, change a word if needed, tap once – it’s sent. Nothing is sent without your approval.

If it goes beyond that, I write down exactly what I’ll do for you, in what order and what it costs. You read it at your own pace, say what’s missing or too much, and only then does it apply.

You provide what I need from you – such as photos and texts. I do the rest. At the end I show it to you and your team.

It runs. When something changes, send it to me: a new menu, new pictures, a new service. I take care of it.

About me
I grew up in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and live in Styria, Austria. In between lie 13 years in banking in Germany and Austria, in various positions. My clients were master painters, plumbers, innkeepers – businesses where I sat at the table when it came to loans, liquidity or handing over to the next generation. I know how a small business works and what it expects from the money it spends.
Since 2025 I’ve been building websites and automations for exactly these businesses. What I set up for you runs in my own business: my appointment booking, my enquiry handling, my website. If something doesn’t work for me, you don’t get it.
No hosting provider, platform or software vendor pays me. I choose what suits you and what it costs – and tell you beforehand where your data will be stored.

I work with Claude, n8n, Microsoft 365, PostgreSQL and whatever your business already uses.
Frequently asked questions
- I don’t have time for this.
- You need one afternoon for photos and texts and one morning for the handover. I do the rest.
- Do I have to maintain the website myself afterwards?
- No. You send me what changes, I put it online. If you’d like to do it yourself, I’ll show you how – but you don’t have to.
- My nephew built our website.
- Then I’ll take a look at it – free of charge – and tell you whether it’s good enough. If it is, I’ll tell you that too.
- What are the running costs?
- Hosting and domain, usually between €60 and €200 a year depending on the provider – you pay that directly to the provider, I don’t earn anything from it. Nothing else, unless you’d like me to keep supporting you on an ongoing basis – from €49 a month.
- Can I book something that isn’t in any package?
- Yes. Anything that isn’t in a package I’m happy to do on an hourly basis.
- Where is my data stored?
- Wherever you want, and I’ll tell you beforehand. I don’t have a standard provider: I choose what suits your business and what it costs. Unless you want otherwise, everything stays in the EU.
- Are you an agency?
- No. You talk to me, I build it, I stay reachable. No website builders, no project manager in between.
